Book is in overall acceptable to not quite good condition. Covers are worn with creasing, scuff marks/staining, scraping, and some edge tattering; pages have age discoloration/yellowing and some scuff marks. There is a small pinhole/tear that goes through from the cover to approx. the first 12 pages of book.
Songs include Casey Jones, Baby Shoes, By the Beautiful Sea, Indiana, Beautiful Ohio, Second Hand Rose, Side By Side, Moonlight On The Colorado, Red Sails in the Sunset, and more.
