This is a Yamaha 11C4-7C trumpet mouthpiece--the equivalent of a Bach or Blessing 7C. This mouthpiece has some nicks and dings, but nothing that impairs the function. The rim is in very good condition. There is a slight bend in the end of the shank as shown in the picture, but it can be used as is without concern. Take it to an instrument repair person and they can remove it for free or at most a minor fee. (I just had this done for my daughter's 3C that she uses for marching band.)
A good mouthpiece for a beginner.
